All our products are checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. To ensure the best quality, they are all individually wrapped, protected and packed carefully inside their boxes. Should you have received any item that is not in the perfect condition please contact our customer service immediately or email us at the address above.
We have made every effort to display the colours of our product that appear on this website as accurately as possible to the original product. Colours may differ slightly due to monitor settings & lighting of the photography, we will not accept returns based on these minor differences.
Please note that we have a 14 days return/exchange policy. We reserve the right to refuse return/exchange products that are shipped to us after the 14 days grace period expired. We only accept items that are returned in the same condition as you received them in.
Please note we are unable to accept exchanges/returns for items purchased at other retail locations or websites. End of season sale items are final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
All tags must be fully attached to return items. Our items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We do not accept returns/exchange on item that have been worn, altered, washed or, damaged in any way.
Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilised for payment. Please note that we do not refund original or returned shipping charges. We are unable to accept a return COD. Please note that the payment will be returned in the same mode as received within 7-15 days.
The shipper must make claims for packages lost or damaged in transit.
Buna Pelle is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event of return package being lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet above the return requirements at Buna Pelle’s sole directions.
